ZTE revealed that there is a new nubia phone on the way with a post on Instagram. The nubia V70 Design – which will be sold as the “ZTE Blade V70 Design” in some markets – is going on pre-order in the Philippines now and will be released on November 28.
You can find the nubia V70 Design on Lazada, Shopee and TikTok. The MSRP of the phone is PHP 5,300, but you can pick up a 15% voucher on Shopee and get it for PHP 4,504 (and there is a free wireless speaker valued at PHP 900 in it for you too).

We also found the phone on Carrefour Romania under the Blade name. There’s no pricing just yet, but it’s clear that ZTE is targeting multiple markets with this launch.
So, what’s this “design” business about, anyway? There are two versions to choose from – two glass back options (black and rose pink) and two with a vegan leather back (orange and jade green).

This is similar to the nubia V70/Blade V70 and also has a 6.7” HD+ IPS LCD with 120Hz refresh rate. However, the 108MP main camera is replaced by a 50MP module instead. The 16MP selfie camera that is punch holed into the display is the same.

We never did find out what chipset is used in the regular V70, but the V70 Design is based on the Unisoc T606, which has been used in previous V-series models too. Here it comes with only 4GB of RAM but plenty of storage – 256GB.
5,000mAh battery • 256GB storage
The battery brings no surprises, it has 5,000mAh capacity and supports 22.5W charging. The nubia V70 Design is launching with MyOS 14 based on Android 14 out of the box.
Thanks to our tipster for sending this in!
