Honor today is rolling out a software update to its Honor 200 series of smartphones in India. Key among the list of improvements is the addition of call recording, which is a highly requested feature among Indian users.

The software update, designated N39I 8.0.0.135, is currently rolling out the the devices. Along with the call recording feature, users can also expect improved performance, security, and a smoother user interface.
The update is available on the Honor 200 and the Honor 200 Pro devices in India, both of which run on the company’s MagicOS 8.0 software on top of Android 14. To check for the update, head over to Settings > System & updates > Software update, and tap on ‘Check for updates’.
