The Deadly Poison Perfume Bottle can only be obtained in Elden Ring’s Shadow of the Erdtree expansion. This weapon is an excellent choice for those going for a poison-focused build, but you may be locked out of getting this item if you move the DLC’s storyline too far before purchasing it from a specific NPC.

Here’s what you need to know about the Deadly Poison Perfume Bottle and where to find it.

Deadly Poison Perfume Bottle stats and features

The Deadly Poison Perfume Bottle has a weight of 1.0 and requires the following stats to wield:

The weapon comes equipped with Ash of War: Deadly Poison Spray. This Ash of War swings your perfume bottle over your head and sprays poisonous perfume powder in a mist around you, making it a good AOE ability for applying poison to nearby foes.

The Deadly Poison Perfume Bottle can be upgraded to +10 with Somber Smithing Stones.

Deadly Poison Perfume Bottle item description

The Deadly Poison Perfume Bottle’s item description reads:

“Perfume bottle customized by Thiollier. Attacks release perfumed powder, producing deadly poison.

There are some techniques of the perfuming arts that employ poison. Upon learning of this, Thiollier threw himself into mastering those techniques, and he made them his own.”

Where to find the Deadly Poison Perfume Bottle

You can purchase the Deadly Poison Perfume Bottle for 6,000 runes from a poison-obsessed NPC named Thiollier. He is located at the Highroad Cross Site of Grace, which you can reach very early in the game by heading across the long bridge leading to Castle Ensis, and then going southeast along the upper cliffs.

Thiollier will remain at this Site of Grace until you’ve spoken with St. Trina in the Stone Coffin Fissure and then told him of her whereabouts. Following this event, he will be moved near St. Trina and will no longer sell his items. Sadly, this means missing the Deadly Poison Perfume Bottle during your playthrough will require you to either start a new cycle of the game or have another player drop the weapon for you.
