vivo’s upcoming V50 has been leaking a lot lately, but it’s going to be joined in the company’s roster by the V50e, which we’ve only heard about once so far.
Today the V50e, with the model number V2428, has been spotted in the Geekbench AI database, with a prototype having run the benchmark. This run has revealed the fact that the V50e will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC, and incidentally that’s the same chipset employed by its predecessor, the V40e, which launched a few months ago.
The V50e pairs this with 8GB of RAM, which is also the same amount the V40e has. The V50e will at least run Android 15 from day one, unlike its predecessor. So far that seems to be the only difference between these two, but of course there are a lot of details about the V50e that we still don’t know.
For what it’s worth, the V50e prototype managed a 529 Single Precision Score in Geekbench AI, a 1,316 Half Precision Score, and a 2,632 Quantized Score.
