Soccer Mommy is releasing a new EP featuring stripped-back versions of songs from her 2024 album, Evergreen. The new EP, Evergreen (Stripped), is out June 6 via Loma Vista. Featured on the six-track project are February’s “Driver (Stripped)” and today’s new “She Is (Stripped).” Listen to the new song below.
“She Is (Stripped)” is the only song on the new EP that does not have an Evergreen counterpart. “This song didn’t make the cut for Evergreen, but it was always really special to me,” Soccer Mommy’s Sophie Allison said in a statement. “I think the stripped version does it justice while staying close to the demo.”
