One of the features of the app is a baby sleep tracker. You can log naps and bedtimes to better identify natural sleep patterns and track sleep milestones. That can help you better understand your baby’s sleep routines and how it changes over time.
For each sleep session, you can add notes to view later.
Using the wake windows method, you can also receive suggested bedtimes so your baby can sleep better throughout the nite. You can see those times through Live Activities, home screen widgets, and notifications.
When on the go, you can use the app to provide a portable red light to reduce sleep disruptions.
The app also has great Siri Shortcuts integration that allows you to manage the sleep routine with just a simple voice command.
While my children are now in high school, I remember those early days of parenting with a mix of craziness and sleep deprivation. I wish I had an app like this to better manage and track my child’s sleep routine.
Only for the iPhone, Wake Wise is a free download on the App Store now. You’ll need an optional subscription to unlock all of the app’s features. There are two options, a $2.99 per month subscription or a lifetime unlock for $9.99.
