Kristen Bell Shares Rare Photo of Her and Dax Shepard’s Daughters Lincoln and Delta
Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard have what everybody wants.
The Nobody Wants This star, who is set to host the 2025 Screen Actors Guild Awards in Los Angeles Feb. 22, revealed how she and her husband have kept their romance intact after 11 years of marriage.
“Foundational trust,” she exclusively told E! News correspondent Will Marfuggi. “Even if Dax hooks up with the most beautiful person in the world at work, I know he’s committed to our family. I know he’s coming home. I know he loves our children. I know he strives to be a great husband and father.”
But if insecurities do arise around creating onscreen intimacy with their costars, the couple—who share daughters Lincoln, 11, and Delta, 9—don’t shy away from talking through their feelings.
“We’re just human, right?” Kristen, 44, continued in the interview, airing Feb. 17 at 11 p.m. “So maybe there could be a day where I’m like, ‘I’m actually really nervous that you spend time with that person.’ And he could say, ‘Oh, OK, let’s talk about it. What makes you nervous? What are you thinking?’ We have a very open communication.”
