Looks like Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos’ kids may not be getting a visit from Santa this year.
The couple—who are parents to Michael, 28, Lola, 24, and Joaquin, 22—recently debated whether they would get their three kids Christmas gifts during the upcoming holiday season.
“Kids are old now,” Mark said during the Nov. 20 episode of Live With Kelly and Mark. “I’m not getting them anything.”
However, Kelly, 55, was taken aback at the admission, asking her husband, “You’re not getting them anything?”
In response, the Riverdale alum initially stood his ground with his wife of 29 years.
“They get money,” Mark added. “Give them like a check or something and say, ‘Merry Christmas!’ “
But after some thought, Kelly’s reservations seemed to stop the 54-year-old in his tracks.
“I don’t know. That sounds bad,” he told Kelly. “That sounds really bad.”
This isn’t the first time that the TV host couple have gotten candid about their family in front of cameras. Five months after their adult children officially moved out of the house, the empty nesters opened up about the NSFW ways they take advantage of their newly vacant digs.
