Jadion Richards and Akwele Lawes-Richards were reportedly known on social media for their lavish lifestyle. Now, the pair were placed behind bars for allegedly running a theft ring targeting Lululemon stores nationwide.
The pair are accused of stealing nearly $1 million worth of clothes from Lululemon.

According to Carter, organized retail crime rises about 26% each year. Amid those statistics are the alleged actions of Jadion Richards and Akwele Lawes-Richards. Furthermore, police allege that since September, the couple and a third accomplice traveled to small cities across the country. Once there, they allegedly entered Lululemon stores, making small purchases before removing security sensors from other items and making off with the clothes concealed in their garments.
Ultimately, the group would allegedly exchange and then return the clothes in New York City, pocketing the total amount of its costs.
Here’s How Police Caught The Couple
According to Carter, Jadion Richards and Akwele Lawe-Richards were arrested on November 14. At the time, they were reportedly in Woodbury, Minnesota. Additionally, police reportedly made a shocking discovery on Jadion Richards, revealing how he could carry out the alleged schemes.
