HiTech are back with another new song. The Detroit ghettotech trio’s latest single, “Shadowrealm,” features fellow Detroiter Zelooperz and comes with a black-and-white music video directed by regular collaborator IGoByCy. In it, HiTech are hooked up to strings like marionettes, use their own hands to create shadow puppets, and rap their verses alongside twerking ladies. Zelooperz also makes a cameo through a pixelated TV screen. Watch it below.
Détwat, HiTech’s sophomore studio album, came out in 2023. Since then, they’ve dropped a number of songs, including this year’s standout single “Spank!”
In April 2025, HiTech will take the stage at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. Headlining the festival next year are Lady Gaga, Green Day, Post Malone, and Travis Scott.
