Ulefone unveiled the Armor 25T Pro rugged smartphone last month, and the brand will follow it up with the Armor 27T Pro soon. We’ve received some exclusive information about the Ulefone Armor 27T Pro, so let’s see what’s on offer.
The Ulefone Armor 27T Pro will feature a thermal camera powered by FLIR with MSX technology and VividIR, allowing users to detect heat signatures up to 450°C and see through darkness, glare, smog, and dense smoke.
The thermal camera on the rear will be joined by a 64MP Night Vision camera (OmniVision OV64B1B) and a 50MP primary camera (Samsung GN1). The selfie shooter inside the display’s punch-hole will use a 32MP Samsung GD1 sensor.
Speaking of, the Ulefone Armor 27T Pro will sport a 6.78″ FullHD+ 120Hz LCD and pack a 10,600 mAh sub-zero solid-state battery that can operate in temperatures ranging between -30°C and 55°C. The smartphone will support 33W wired and 30W wireless charging and can also be used to charge other devices with its reverse wireless charging feature.
Powering the Ulefone Armor 27T Pro will be the Dimensity 6300 SoC, paired with 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM (+12GB virtual) and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage, expandable up to 2TB via a microSD card. The smartphone will run Android 14 out of the box, but it’s unclear how many Android version upgrades it will receive.
The rest of the Ulefone Armor 27T Pro’s highlights include an IP68/69K rating, MIL-STD-810H certification, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a uSmart Connector 2.0.
The Ulefone Armor 27T Pro will also come with a custom key, USB-C, 3.5mm headphone jack, IR Blaster, and NFC. It will be offered in a single black color and cost around $350 (€325/INR29,250).
The Ulefone Armor 27T Pro will be up for pre-orders starting early August through AliExpress with the Ulefone Armor 27 Pro, which is basically the Armor 27T Pro sporting a 50MP ultrawide camera (SK Hynix Hi5022Q) instead of the thermal camera. The Ulefone Armor 27 Pro will be priced at around $300 (€280/INR25,070).
