Getting started just takes a few steps. To make it easy, you can start from a list of pre-made habits like read, meditate, or each out to loved ones. You can also select a custom habit name and a good subtitle top help you remember why you want to work on the habit. Finally, you can choose how often you need to complete the habit to be a successful streak.
To help you remember, you can optionally add a push notification.
Along with being able to complete a habit in the app, you can also do it quickly with an interactive home screen or lock screen widget. There is also an Apple Watch app to see and track progress.
After adding in multiple habits, you can see your progress with colorful tiled charts as you keep filling the grid.
For anyone needing the extra dose of motivation while building a habit, Happit can help you see how far you’ve come on the journey.
Happit is designed for the iPhone and all iPad models. It’s a free download on the App Store now.
There is an optional Happit Pro subscription available for $1.99 per month or $7.99 yearly. You can also unlock the tier for the lifetime of the app for $14.99.
Subscribers can track an unlimited number of habits compared to a limit of three on the free version. You can also make use of location-based reminders, import and export data, and Apple Health integration.
