When I think of pouch bags, it feels nostalgic, playful, effortless, easy to throw everything in, grab, and go. The ones I love most always have a little something extra. Tassels, cords, a hint of beading, a bright silk that feels almost too pretty to be practical, but somehow is.
They move easily between day and night without needing to be swapped out. The same bag works just as well earlier on as it does later. They’re also one of the easiest styles to travel with. They fold flat, take up almost no space, and slip easily into a larger tote or suitcase, something you can pull out later without thinking twice.
It’s that balance of ease and versatility, with just enough detail, that gives them staying power.
