
Protein shakes are an easy way to drink a hefty serving of leafy, green vegetables while disguised as a creamy green shake. This one is just sweet enough from the banana and kiwi while also deliciously creamy from the yogurt and avocado.
Avocado, Kale and Spinach Protein Shake
Ingredients
- 1 cup (244g) unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup (245g) non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 medium banana, frozen
- 1 medium kiwi fruit, peeled
- 2 cups (50g) spinach
- 1 cup (50g) kale, packed
- 1 scoop whey protein powder
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
