Apple’s iPad Pro with M5 chip delivers up to 3.5 times the AI performance compared to the previous M4 model.
An optional cellular modem is the Apple-designed C1X chip that delivers up to 50 percent faster cellular data performance compared to the previous model with greater efficiency.
The M5 chip feature a 10-core GPU and a faster 16-core Neural Engine. The 10-core CPU features four performance cores and six efficiency cores.
Another Apple-designed chip, the N1, brings Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6, and Thread support. It will bring better performance when connected to 5GHz networks along with improving the overall performance of Personal Hotspot and AirDrop.
With Apple’s 40W Dynamic Power Adapter with 60W Max, you can unlock fast charging to a 50 percent charge in around 30 minutes.
The new iPad Pro starts at $999 for the 11-inch Wi-Fi only version. There is also a 13-inch model available. Both options can also add a cellular modem for $200 more.
Pre-orders start today with the tablets officially arriving next week on Wednesday, October 22. You can choose from a space black or silver model.
