The app has a simple premise—shift your wake up time each morning until you can get up at 5 a.m. to take care of more tasks. That takes place over the course of 30 days.
Depending on when you usually wake up, that could net you 730 hours (or a full month) per year extra.
Using the app takes just a few minutes. To begin you’ll enter the time you usually wake up and then tasks you want to focus on in the morning with your extra time like reading, exercise, journaling, and more.
The app will then show you the 30-day plan with a personalized schedule with earlier and earlier wake up times.
When you wake up in the morning, you’ll see a personalized morning routine with how many times you hit snooze, a motivational quote, sleep information, and a morning routine with what you’re looking to accomplish with the extra time.
Morning Club is a free download now on the App Store for free only for the iPhone. You’ll need a subscription to use the app. That’s available for $4.99 per month or $19.99 yearly. The monthly option offers a free, three-day trial.
