Alix Earle is Braxton Berrios’ biggest cheerleader.
One week after the Miami Dolphins wide receiver tore his ACL on the field, the influencer gave insight into her boyfriend’s healing journey.
“He’s always just such a positive reinforcement for me so it’s been really great to be able to be there for him for something,” Alix told E! News at the 2024 CFDA Fashion Awards red carpet in New York City Oct. 28. “Obviously, he’s so devastated and it’s really hard. I know how hard he works at everything.”
But the 23-year-old, who confirmed her romance with the athlete last November, is hopeful he’ll make a full recovery. She emphasized, “I have no doubt that he will get through this and come out on the other side.” (For more with Alix, tune into E! News tonight, Oct. 29 at 11 p.m.)
Braxton, who was injured during the team’s game against the Indianapolis Colts, shared the painful news that ended his season early. However, he just sees this obstacle as another challenge to overcome.
