But with the new app Rise, you’ll never need to worry about oversleeping again.
Using the app, you’ll set an alarm like usual and choose the sound and whether it repeats. The fun is you can choose from one of four ways to turn the alarm off.
First, you can choose to scan a barcode. Next, you can pick to shake your phone vigorously to stop the ringing. If those aren’t enough, there is even a math option to solve a quick problem to turn off the ringing. The last options is a typing exercise where you’ll need to type of complete sentences.
Rise is a free download on the App Store now for the iPhone. The free version allows you to make use of the math and typing exercise alarm types.
To unlock all of the alarm actions and access a wake up check, you’ll need to subscribe to the Pro version. There are two options, $1.99 per month or $8.99 yearly. There is also a lifetime unlock option for $12.99.
If you’re having a problem getting up in the morning, Rise seems to be a perfect option. You’ll definitely be awake after completing one of those actions.
