If you’re looking for an easy segway snack in between the summer heat and the coziness of fall, this high-protein cottage cheese queso dip is the way to go. It works just as well on the patio for last-of-the-season hangs as does for game-day get-togethers. Best of all, this queso dip takes only a few minutes and has more than 28 grams of protein.
Use whatever dippers you prefer: tortilla chips, carrot sticks, and cucumber slices would all be good. If there’s any leftover, just cover it with plastic wrap and reheat later when you need a snack.
