Samsung’s next flagship tablet line might have one less member than last year. According to a new report from Samsung’s home of Korea, the company is shifting its tablet strategy and will only launch two high-end models: the Galaxy Tab S10+ and Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra.
So, if this pans out, there will be no ‘vanilla’ Galaxy Tab S10 to act as the successor to the Galaxy Tab S9 from 2023. We assume this means the ‘vanilla’ option was the least-selling of the trio last year.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra
The Galaxy Tab S10+ will have a 12.4″ screen, while the Ultra will take things even further with a 14.9″ display. The two will have very similar designs.
The Tab S10+ is rumored to sport the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC, while the Ultra will apparently be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 across the globe.
Production for both models is reportedly set to start this month, with a likely release later this year – so it’s highly unlikely these will be unveiled during the company’s already incredibly packed Unpacked event taking place in Paris on July 10.
