Where can you find the best campground near Atlanta, Georgia? On this weekend adventure we walk the campground trail with our grandkids and see some great views of the lake and the mountain. We get a fantastic site with a beautiful view of the lake and the mountain. This park also has a great hike that will take you to the top of the Stone Mountain and a visitor center and education building with lots of history about the park, which is great for those #fulltimerv families that do homeschooling. The campground at Stone Mountain borders Stone Mountain Lake and has one of the best play by day and glow by night pumpkin festivals that any #fulltimervliving family would want to visit.
