The name of the LLC Formation Documents for the State of Georgia are called the Articles of Organization and the Transmittal Form.
These documents are not complicated and they contain basic information, including listing your Registered Office and Registered Agent.
They will also require you to list your LLC’s name and the name and address of the LLC member(s).

You will receive your approval in approximately 15-20 business days.

— WHAT DOES APPROVAL LOOK LIKE —
Your official approval is called the Certificate of Organization.
If you provided an email address in your Transmittal Form, the State will email you instructions on how you can download your Certificate of Organization online. If you did not provide an email address in your Transmittal Form, the State will mail the Certificate of Organization to you.
