Dr. Mark D. Moore, who used to work at NASA, speaking at “Lila and Robert G. Loewy Lecture in Rotorcraft Technology” hosted by the Vertical Flight Society in 2018 as Uber’s Engineering Director of Aviation, a position that no longer exists. Throughout his entire career, he has performed conceptual design studies of advanced aircraft, with a focus on small powered-lift vehicles. It is unclear when he received his Ph.D. at Georgia Tech. He currently works for Whisper Aero.
