Deputy President William Ruto has downplayed the withdrawal of the elite GSU officers from his residence saying it is a plot to distract his march to State House. Ruto who spoke for the first time since the incident on Thursday says he will not engage his detractors as he is busy laying modalities for his Bottom Up economic approach.
